With the amount of Sub-prime, ARM and other similar type loans made available in the recent past, the amount of foreclosures are mounting. I know how hard it is feeling pinned against the wall with no alternative to foreclosure, whether it's due to a poor loan decision or other hardship. The feeling of helplessness is overpowering, you feel that if you don't open the mail, well, it isn't true.
