Sure, we have multi-million dollar homes for sale at Lake Oconee. However, considering the small town homes, farms, lake communities (ones that do not have lots of covenants and dues), and gated communities, we have a property for any pocketbook or taste! Even waterfront homes do not always have a high price attached to them. We just recently listed two homes that fit the description of "affordable", and they are on some beautiful and peaceful parts of the lake.
