During the past several months there has been no shortage of real estate buyers who thought they were ready to make a purchase but when it came time to sign the offer they ran away.  The new year is exactly what it says because since January 1st everyone who has requested my help is not just ready they are serious.

Throughout the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area and the rest of the Country real estate buyers have primarily been looking for foreclosed property.  Recently several of the large mortgage lenders began to stop the foreclosure process on homes that they had financed.  They also included those foreclosed homes that have been purchased but that have not yet gone to closing.  Many more, if not all, lenders are expected to follow the same path in an effort to avoid future ramifications.

myrtle beach south carolina: Fall Colors In The Myrtle Beach SC Area - 11/23/09 01:38 PM
I went for my morning walk today and realized the time was running out to take a picture of the beautiful Fall colors.  If you don't visit the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area in November you may not realize that even though the weather is semi-tropical we actually have all four seasons.

myrtle beach south carolina: Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) College Baseball in Myrtle Beach - 05/16/09 11:57 AM
BB&T Coastal Field in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina will host the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) five day baseball tournament annually on Wednesday through Sunday during the Memorial Day weekend each May of 2011, 2012 and 2013.  The games usually draw over 70,000 fans and will be a great benefit to the local economy.
In 2009 the tournament location is Durham, North Carolina and 2010 the location is Greensboro, North Carolina then Myrtle Beach is set for the following three years.
