Most people don't realize the variety of options to purchase a home with zero down in Idaho. One that is special among Ada county communities is Star, ID; because here you can use rural development for a zero down home purchase. These loans are called a section 502 Loan and if you meet eligibility requirements, then you can purchase a home for zero down. These loans are limited in Ada County to Star and other other Area.
