Orange United Methodist Church, 1220 MLK Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, is hosting TABLE Food Truck Rodeo on Saturday, April 21st, 2018, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Entry is free. 12% of the proceeds from food truck sales support TABLE, which helps hungry children in the community.

I wrote last week about our Annual Client Appreciation Party we had on the 13th. During the party we asked if our clients would like to bring a tangable donation, we would be collecting them for the Ronald McDonald House in Chapel Hill. We do a different charity each year. It shows how we as realtors care about our community, it's a way to give back, and our clients love that we do this each year.

       This Saturday January 13th is our annual client appreciation party. This is my favorite event of the year. It's a time to not think so much about business but instead catch up with clients who have become dear friends. I get to hear about their new homes and see how their families have grown in them. I hear about new renovations-even if I don't always agree with them for resale value ;P

In my part of the country, Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill NC or the Triangle as we are also known, our market is picking up! For Wake-Durham-Orange and Johnston Countiesclosings are up 26% over 2011 – Pendings up 22% and best news of all would be, our housing supply is at 5 months over 7 months in 2011.
