Triangle MLS Market Report Shows Great Improvement Over 2011 How did your market do in August? In my part of the country, Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill NC or the Triangle as we are also known, our market is picking up! For Wake-Durham-Orange and Johnston Countiesclosings are up 26% over 2011 – Pendings up 22% and best news of all would be, our housing supply is at 5 months over 7 months in 2011.
