Good news in, the Triangle collects more Accolades for best place to work, live and raise a family. According to Wake County Economic Development released today. Our jobs market is growing stronger with major companies like Cisco Systems, Glaxo Smith Kline, IBM and over 170 other companies that draw from our well educated population. nc state: $3 a Gallon of Gas is Good for Us! Who says this?

This past week I attended a Cary Chamber of Commerce breakfast event at Prestonwood Country Club. The subject was, The 2011 Economic Forecast. Our speaker started off with "What will 2011 bring us, $3-5 a gallon for gas and that is a good thing?" Dr. Michael Walden Economic Professor at North CarolinaState University says our economy is starting to recover and high gas prices is a good indicator. We all hope businesses, housing and jobs 2011 will bring a better year than 2010.
