Corona Del Mar Irvine Terrace food drive for the Homeless a Huge Success This weekend the Marlene Dietrich Real Estate Team walk a number of Irvine Terrace Homes in Corona Del Mar leaving empty bags on door steps asking for the assistance & generosity of the local residents for the homeless. Friday morning June 28th at 10am, we had high hopes for a great number of bags full of non perishable foods, and personal hygiene items and we were not disappointed. The Real Estate Market is heating up near Newport Coast The Real Estate Market is heating up in Orange County, ever since January 4th,2013 when the buyers started to realize that maybe the interest rates would not stay this low forever and the fact that there are so few homes on the market; the Old Supply and Demand concept has raised the prices. When you have more than one child it becomes increasingly difficult to be fair and equal. The tendency is to let the oldest do things first and when they abuse the privilege than you know better and won't allow the younger one(s) to do the same thing. This doesn't always work because they are all separate individuals and they all should command separate but equal respect. We children into this world and we need to guide them but not rule over them. We need to set boundaries and allow them choices within those boundaries and that should help them become responsible (0 comments)
