Home Inspections are a good idea and give a good impression on the condition of the home but you can’t be 100 percent certain that the home you might buy is as flawless as it looks from outside. Make sure every aspect of the house has been assessed before you make it your home. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

homes for sale in augusta ga: Spring Forward! The Market Is Moving
- 03/11/13 11:57 AM
I am so glad to see Daylight Savings Time. Longer days mean warmer weather, sellers are making improvements in order to sell and buyers are venturing out to see what their choices are. Spring is my favorite season for real estate. The weather in Augusta GA is mild. Azalea's bloom and the Masters Tournament comes to town. This gives more opportunity to talk with potential buyers and sellers about listing as well as searching for a new home. Thankfully, my phone is ringing more and web leads are increasing. I am pumped and ready to Spring Forward this year! (0 comments)
