At my office meeting this week a woman from a warrenty company gave us a speech for free food. Got to love it. Well she gave us door hangers that we could put out on FSBOS stating "I as a Realtor would pay for the home warrenty if the seller would list with me." Now keep in mind it runs about $420 and would come out at closing, but I would pay taxes on it. Has anyone else used this type of baiting. Or something else? Do you think it would work?? … (5 comments)
Now that being said, I was previously with a company that did not give the color option when printing. It made me sad, because so many presentations would have looked better with color!!! Now to the present, I have a color option in my current company. I LOVE to print in color, my flyers, presentations, farm letter, ect.... Everything is in color!!!!!!

So in my neighborhood, there are 2 realtors, myself and my neighbor who lives 4 houses away. When I first started real estate we worked for the same company. She started 1 year before me. She has been farming my neighborhood for 2 years. My broker would not let me farm my neighborhood, because she is. Well I changed companies and now am so happy I can farm my neighborhood. This week at the company meeting a fellow Realtor told this story. She had a listing that was due to expire within a week. Her seller notified her that they had 3 appointments in one day and had 4 more scheduled this week. The fellow Realtor thought this was wonderful maybe she would get an offer. In all there were 12 showings in 5 days. The seller received a call the day the listing expired from a Realtor associated with a company that starts with a K and ends with an S (not to point any fingers), the Realtor said my company … (5 comments)
