Now in its 6th year, the 2016 Atlanta BeltLine 10K is the perfect chance to explore various trail segments and stay active. Check out the latest developments along the Atlanta BeltLine, snag an awesome t-shirt, and burn a few calories – runners, walkers, strollers, and dogs are welcome!
Enjoy a run/walk showcasing the Eastside Trail, winding through neighborhoods such as Inman Park, Midtown Atlanta, Old Fourth Ward, Poncey-Highland and Virginia-Highland. The race is a Peachtree Road Race qualifier.

2016 Atlanta Field Day is a throw back to grade school, built with adults in mind. They’ve got all the classic events like tug of war, relay races, obstacle courses, etc. – plus some crazy new games and some surprises throughout the day. Teams will earn points in each event to add up to your total for the day. Teams are made up of 8 or more players, with no male-to-female ratio requirements. Last year’s Tunes from the Tombs marked the first time in the festival’s history that all performers hailed from Georgia. The all-local lineup continues with Tunes from the Tombs 2016, featuring over a dozen bands accompanying two-time Grammy winning headliner Arrested Development for a day of music and spirits benefiting historic Oakland Cemetery.

Fire in the Fourth Festival 2016 (FIT4) returns on May 21, 2016 from 3-11pm to pay homage to the Great Atlanta Fire of 1917 that devastated the Old Fourth Ward ninety- nine years ago on May 21, 1917. Voted the Best “New Festival” by Atlanta Magazine in 2015.
