Columbus HUD Homes are selling quickly. Yesterday I checked the bidding results of houses we featured recently. Two of them sold within a week to owner occupants. 8320 Reynoldswood Dr, Reynoldsburg Listed:$140,000 Accepted:$123,000 within 7 days of listing 3005 Seeger St, HilliardListed: $100,000 Accepted $85,000 within 9 days of listing -> this is LESS than 60% of what this condo was built for by Dominion Homes just 6 years ago!
