I'm on the fence and want to know where my fellow rainers stand. The subject has just recently become an issue with me. I am starting to wonder more and more about putting myself in that situation. I personally have never had an issue with any transaction in which I acted as a DUAL AGENT, but I am starting to hear some horror stories so just wanted to know what the rest of you think.
