In the blog about "Why do listings expire?" several excellent points were made. The blog itself got me thinking though. It talked about things the seller should or would need to do in order to make the subject property marketable. Things like painting, cleaning up and such. Well I don't know about you but I have had several instances where the seller just won't step up to the plate. I have had to paint, clean and even lay sod for a client.
