Not sure what to do this weekend in Hoboken? you may hit some open houses. But, don't forget, most sellers know the serious buyers are working with agents therefore they refuse to have multiple open houses. Visiting open houses are great idea, but you just get a snap shot of market. It is free to work with an agent and good agent will make this process really enjoyable for you. Okay, enough about real estate ...
