Congress is looking to create a new tax system for the 21st century, which many people will agree is needed! Last August, I happened to mention how Amarillo was coming out on Housing Predictor at a 2.1% appreciation. Texas as a whole has been able to survive the housing bubble, and we're on the upswing! This week - from Business Wire - Veros Real Estate Solutions has released the September Home Price Appreciation report. On it, Texas has captured 4 of the top 10 markets for appreciation!
