Home owner disclosures are so important when it comes to a buyer deciding if they will make an initial offer on a home. It also helps the listing agent to advise the seller what repairs they should make in order to get the best possible price. I attend several networking groups throughout the week and have done so for some time now. It was hard at first. Either I didn't know anyone or I only knew the person that invited me. When it was my turn to tell people about my business, I stumbled and really didn't have any plan as to what I was going to say. But the more meetings and events I attended, the easier it got.

Multile offers are to be expected and an agent may need to write offers on 5 or 6 homes for a buyer before one is excepted by a seller.
