For the last six months, there have been 22 SOLD signs for FAIRWOOD!! There is actually a NEED for MORE homes to go on the market in this subdivision! Currently there are only 14 on the market and FIVE already have a contract on them!! Pricing your home does NOT have to be a tough balancing act...
