In my opinion, you really cannot go wrong with ANY of the builders currently constructing homes in the Mission Ranch subdivison in College Station, TX.
 
One builder, in particular, is near and dear to my heart as we owned a home when we lived in Coles Crossing in Cypress, TX built by this particular company.  And that builder is...drum roll please...

Two beautiful Castlegate II homes SOLD during the month of January 18.  Both homes were one-stories. Both had four-bedrooms and a covered patio.
 
One new construction home sold for its asking price of $307,700, while the other was built in 2015 and received $415,000.  
 
Average sales price / sq. ft equaled $150, and the average number of days on the market before receiving an offer was 158.
 
There are currently FIFTY homes on the market in Castlegate II.  Most of these (38 to be exact) are new construction homes.
