Looking for a NEW construction home? These 55+ patio homes are in a private gated community just north of Texas A&M
So, what if I am looking at homes in the $250,000 - $300,000 range? Well, there were a few Pebble Creek homes that SOLD in 2019 for under $300K, but you may have to exercise some patience. :)

Sixteen Pebble Creek homes SOLD the last quarter of 2018.
Four new construction homes and twelve resale homes!
For the 4 new construction homes
Avg # of days on the market (DOM) - 341 days until closing
Highest sales price/sq. ft. = $189
Average sales price/sq. ft. = $170
SOLD price range = $426,000 - $645,000
For the 12 resale homes :
Avg # of days on the market (DOM) - 168 days until closing
Highest sales price/sq. ft. = $157
Average sales price/sq. ft. = $132.18
SOLD price range = $270,000 - $640,000

THREE Pebble Creek homes SOLD during the month of March 2018.
Prices ranged from $455K up to $590K. Average number of days on the market was 90, however one of the homes sold in only 3 days! (The good ones go FAST!!)
Average sales price per sq. ft. = $160.34, higher than normal due to a new construction home closing for $202/sq. ft.!
Expect MANY more closings for April as NINETEEN homes are currently under contract as of today 4/5! These nineteen homes range in price from $295,000 up to 700,000! Buyers have quite a variety of homes from which to choose!

SIX Pebble Creek properties closed during the month of October 2017!
Prices ranged from $375,000 for a lovely 4-bedroom/2.5-bath with a gorgeous pool up to $564,000 for a large 4/4.5 on a half-acre lot, also with a beautiful pool!
Highest sales price/sq. ft. = $190/sq. ft. with the average sales price/sq. ft. = $154.34.
