What's Happening in London, On - New Years Eve! Rockin' New Years Eve! Starting at 5pm at Victoria Park in London,On. Free skating, free hot chocolate and free coffee. London, Ontario sponsors are also providing hats, party favors and balloon creations, entertainment( including My Perfect Princess Party" with performances by Belle, Sleeping Beauty and Prince Charming. Saveria will also preform) and fireworks at 9 pm. After 9 pm there will be live entertainment including Boss Rebel & Lighthouse and fireworks at midnight.
