Aloha, We had no new listings this week in condos or houses and saw three condos and two houses go into escrow leaving us with 63 condos and 36 houses on the market, 4 of which are on Hanalei Plantation Road. When inventory decreases pricing will go up as demand grows. Let’s keep the sales coming...

Aloha, It was another busy condo week with 5 new listings, 2 new escrows and 2 sales. Things are continuing to move well across the board, with condos from the low to mid-$400K’s up to the mid-$700K’s seeing some action. Homes did well this week also.
