September 2102 surpassed last September and judging from how busy I’ve been, October will be the same. This September there were 65 sales which is an 18% increase over the 55 sales last September. The biggest increase was in single family homes which went from 28 last September to 34 this year. Condos only increased by 1, going from 20 to 21 sales, the majority of which were in the Hanalei (Princeville) zone.
Year to date, there have been 645 sales compared to this time last year which had 13% fewer at 572. This is the greatest number of sales … (0 comments)
