Stop Overestimating Mortgage Requirements
I have been shouting from the rooftops for the past year and a half,
while mortgage interest rates have been kept low and near historic lows.
Here, in this new article by the NAR (National Association of Realtors), it
details the fact that most folks who are not owner currently, have a false
idea in their mind that obtaining a mortgage is harder than to do than in all actuality.
Here is Arizona, there are additional down payment assistance
and grant programs that will help with down payment and closing costs,
