When people see the prices of Colorado Springs area homes that are in the country, it is not uncommon for them to ask "Are the benefits of living in the country really worth it?" Other times, people are a bit more concerned about the commute. As a real estate agent that lives in the country, I will be the first to admit: Country life is not for everyone. Yet there are many benefits to living in the country.
