computer crash: Your Computer Just Crashed or Rebooted, Do You Know What Happened?

I build a new computer for my older brother about 3 weeks ago. The computer was with me two weeks prior and runs fine. For the last week, he has been complaining that his computer reboots about twice a day. The problems seem random because it does not happen at any specific time.
There are a few ways to trace the problem, one would be to write down any error message on the screen and try to google it. Try to remember what was the latest hardware or software that was installed previously when the problem started. … (2 comments)
