virtual tour: Does Virtual Tours Work? - 07/23/10 07:11 PM
  I am thinking of investing some time and money to create virtual tours of my listings. When I was at the last Real Estate show held in Arcadia, California a few months ago, they showed how easy it was to create a virtual tour.
  Some of the advantages of having a virtual tour could be that potential buyer agents and buyers can see how the property could be like online which would save their time and yours. Save you and your seller's time from showing the home.
