virtual tour: Does Virtual Tours Work?

I am thinking of investing some time and money to create virtual tours of my listings. When I was at the last Real Estate show held in Arcadia, California a few months ago, they showed how easy it was to create a virtual tour. Some of the advantages of having a virtual tour could be that potential buyer agents and buyers can see how the property could be like online which would save their time and yours.
