Local St Louis Realtors assured my sister that there was an excellent market for her high end condo and that she would not lose any money selling her condo. Zillow shows the listing price as $1,499,000 and their zestimate of $1,081,000. There are many vacant condos for sale in this building including ones that have never been purchased. A similar condo is listed at $1,1200,000 with a zestimate of $571,000!
