What is that it is a CPC (cost per click) type of advertising.  ActiveRain if someone searches for your city will route
the inquiry (click) to your website.
You will find this on the left hand side of your home page.  You can set your own monthly budget and you only pay for
the clicks to your web site.
The cost per click is much lower than almost every other provider of such marketing.
