the project consisted of: pressure washing deck,staining deck, and painting the columns which decorated the porch painting the basement floor after drylocking the exterior basement walls...we used a Behr Floor Paint which was wonderful and the drylock was tinted to a beautiful yellow which she selected tuck pointing an area near the house where water was seeping into the basement tearing off the back of a garage and rebuilding that area

It is not my routine to ask the customer if they have contacted other, but yesterday I did. My price was more than double the man had received from two others and my #1 competitor told the customer that they (the competitor) were booked until Spring. Did I sleep last night? Not well! So kind of you to ask! We have a customer who wants to move into their new home tomorrow and we get our first opportunity to work this morning! I placed an ad today in craigslist for $17 an hour work and only had 2 replies! Last time I ran the ad I had 35 or more applicants! People are eating out...people are driving their cars...people are taking trips even with high airfares!
People may be being selective as to how and where they go and spend their money, but they are spending and feeling better! People are moving to better school districts for their children.
