1.  Your website is changed on a regular basis.
2.  You website has original content.
3.  Your domain name is not about to expire which gives the impression that you might be leaving the net!
4.  Your domain has been established more than 2 years.  Web sites which have been in existence get a higher Page Ranking (per my experience)
There seems to be no way for me to get my nearest competitor's place for certain keywords.

We now have more than one desk...we have a desktop  on each of our computers, we have a desktop at the office, and we have a desktop for our home computer!
 
Can you imagine the number of items we have saved to our computer desktops and because we didn't create folders we have to open these items to see what they are.  I just spend hours cleaning my computer desktop....my dining room table which is my real work area is even worse.

indexed by Google dramatically was reduced!  They also said that they would see that I was on the Google Map which

SEO's tell you that <META name="description" contents=  (this area should be 100 characters)
 
I followed the above and my rank on page 1 dropped immediately when the bots came to my site.
 
I made another mistake...I spelled the abbreviation for Saint Louis "Stl" instead of "Stl."  (the period was a big item as the
person's search will be exact for top listings.  BE CAREFUL!
