This Saturday, April 26, 10AM to 5PM, the 24th annual Tucson Solar Potluck will be held at Catalina state park just 10 miles NW of Tucson, AZ. The event will feature solar demonstrations with musical entertainment and an evening meal all provided by energy from the sun. Over 50 solar ovens are expected to produce the free evening meal with dishes such as pot roast, chile, turkey, and cakes and cookies for desert.
