My name is Sonya Leonard and my blog content is all about the Lake Norman Region in North Carolina and what is happening in this fast growing region just north of Charlotte. My blog will also include information on other areas of Iredell County, including Mooresville, Statesville, Troutman and Sherrills Ford. My goal is to keep buyers, sellers and other real estate agents up to date on our schools, government, new communities, local housing data and community events.
