Kiss my what?!
Many ancient cultures believed that the mistletoe plant had healing properties and was used as a balm against abdominal cramps, epilepsy, ulcers and poisons. It later transpired that mistletoe was a symbol of love.
In the 18th century, as part of the Christmas season, it became custom for men to steal a kiss from any woman caught standing underneath the mistletoe. Refusing to participate was viewed as bad luck.
So now you know, Merry Kissmas everyone!

Definition of ənˈrē(ə)listik rəˈlāSH(ə)nz:
Family members who expect you to show them at least 50+ available homes during the evenings, weekends and cancel any plans you may have in order to fulfill the request. Of course, they may do a no-show or two because your time isn't as important as theirs.
You will pay for the meals if you happen to be looking during breakfast, lunchtime or dinner time. They will direct you to submit a ridiculously low-ball offer, expect help with the down payment, pay for repairs and meet them halfway with the closing costs.
Got some of them unrealistic relations?!

I was just minding my own business on the way to a family event and there it was in plain day, in front of all to see, no way around it! Not an active participant, just a passerby. Now, you have just experienced a HAWSTYLE situation too!

This vehicle plate reminded me of Dan Akroyd and Steve Martin as Two Wild and Crazy Guys back in their Saturday Night Live days. I love it when a simple phrase can take you back to a specific time in life or make you smile because of it's relativity.
Mind travel. Inexpensive and efficient. Sometimes better than a vacation!

My Real Estate Assistant has a PHD!
How lucky can I be to have such a distinguished helper in my home office? She graduated at the top of her class with a PHD (phenomenal disposition) at the Real Estate Acatemy!
She is a people pleaser and:
Maintains a great attitude of gratitude Will fetch items efficiently, no questions asked Never complains about her work load, no matter the task She would assist for free but I feel justified in paying her in snacks, plush toys and catnip. What a productive week! Send out e-mail blasts. Write an Addendum. Get a counter. Call past clients. Write a blog. Write an offer. Receive an offer. Meet with clients. Take a 1031 Exchange class. Write a blog. Talk to potential buyer walk-in. Go to St George Area Chamber of Commerce event. Take another class. Write a blog. And the week isn't even over yet...

Two sisters, one not very smart and one older, inherit the family farm and are in dire need of a bull to mate with the females to generate some income to stay afloat.
The older sister decides to take $400, the last of the money they have to market to purchase a breeder bull. Telling her sister that if she decides to buy one, she will send a message for her to bring the trailer to pick them up.

Friday Funnies: Fishing Stories & Sayings
It's fishing season again here in southern Utah and we are anticipating our first trip of the year, perhaps it will be to one of our favorite places, Otter Creek Reservoir located in Antimony, Utah. The fishing is usually good and we bring home our catch limit of trout to smoke and enjoy for several meals.
The fish in the picture is a perfect example of..."The one that got away!" It just continued to grow...and became larger than life!
