Nerdin Gardens: A Lot to Be Thankful For Giva and Luva Lot, a married couple, resided in a densely populated township, enjoying the surrounding flora that the countryside provided. Most of my business comes from referrals, whether past clients or from connections across the United States. As a way to show sincere appreciation, I occasionally send a surprise gift to trusted contacts.
While a phone call, email or thank you card expressing gratitude for the relationship is expected, going a step further at times, serves a dual purpose by re-establishing the long-standing association.
Imagine the surprise when I received a message addressing me as the favored southern Utah Realtor. The gift served a dual purpose; the receiver was pleasantly surprised and I was delighted!

Find your joy and let it be. Maintaining a positive attitude can be challenging when unexpected twists and turns create less than acceptable outcomes. Searching out a new direction can elevate a mood and nature does that for me, every time.
So, if you're having a particularly difficult day, find your joy and let it be.
As we travel through days at a hectic pace, it is pertinent to appreciate the past, live for today and give thought toward tomorrow. Also to be grateful for the people who have passed through our lives, encouraged us, challenged us or loved us.
Thankful to be right here, right now.

I get by with a little help…! Do you thrive in a team environment or choose to go it alone in business? My disposition leans towards independence but admit there are many people that are responsible for my overall success. You will be remembered for your service to others! A note from our son Sebastian who recently graduated from Navy basic training and is currently at school in Florida... So as my friends and I were walking out of the fair I saw an old feller with a cane that looked like Santa Claus and I couldn't help to see that he had a hard time walking.
