Repeat business depends on consistent standards, also requiring a bit of an insane work ethic. Some advice for those thinking of becoming an agent: Be realistic prior to spending the time, effort & money on getting a real estate license, especially if the foremost expectation is instant income.
 
You will be quickly disappointed!
 
Many new to the industry give up easily because the returns are not immediate. It is common among new agents who lack patience, to put minimal effort toward business, while expecting immediate gratification.

Consistent hustle and bustle is what successful people do. Are all actions at work intentional and designed to achieve the goals set forth? For most, it may be so but for Bumble Bees, the answer is a resounding YES. It means more honey for the bees and for agents, more money honey!
 
My advice: Watch the bees and follow suit.

Back yard gardening is much like running a business. It takes nurturing, passion, care, with intentional follow-through. Tilling, installing water systems, planting seeds lend to abundance in receiving nature's gifts.
 
Creating room for growth weeds out what is not working. Consistency is also ultra-important for encouraging favorable outcomes. If your business is lacking, look at it from all angles and proceed accordingly.

As each growing season comes and goes in Nerdin Gardens, a few things remain true about the sincere work ethic. To do better and be better is at the forefront while implementing efficient networks that ensure our success along with:
 
Preparation: Amending and tilling the soil prior to planting and installing effective, reliable systems that encourage consistent growth. 
Fertilizing: Intentional follow through in knowing exactly when to provide a boost in place of nutrients found naturally in the soil. 
Weeding: Pulling counterproductive material from garden beds to allow the fruits and vegetables necessary room to flourish to fruition.
