What do you give someone who has everything? Well, now that growing season is upon us, a tasty treat from Nerdin Gardens hits on all marks! Prior to meeting with clients on a listing, I visited the raised beds.
 
There, under the greenery of the leaves, sat about a dozen red, juicy strawberries just daring to be chosen and I picked every single one. Popping one in my mouth, it sang the sweetest tune on the tongue!

Mothers are also the hardest to let go.

Walking the home garden shortly after the sun rises, searching for ripe pickings and potential pests has become a daily ritual. Though we have been challenged this year by multiple outside influences, gratefulness remains.

Recently, the yard has come alive with bits of bright colors popping up sporadically here and there, everywhere. The Daffodils simply could not be ignored and reminded me of this short poem in honor of nature's sunshine!

Spring is a time for renewal and awakenings and also a good story about a Black-neck swan and more than a dozen ducks in a local water feature at a subdivision here in southern Utah.
 
I had listed a home in a 55+ community that offered clear views of the pond and it's spraying fountains. Being more than curious about this graceful, white creature, I ventured closer one day. Imagine my surprise when I discovered he was feeding all the ducks around him!
