Today is Worth Singing About!
 
Caturday's are meant for catching up with paperwork, house chores or for spending time in the garden. Slinky and I would meet quite often in Nerdin Gardens. She would happily supervise in between cat naps and chin scratches, while her tiny paws gently padded their way into my heart.
 
Every day is an opportunity to improve relationships by reaching out to those who matter, even if it's just a satisfying belly rub.

When I knead you...er, I mean, need you...
 
Early mornings spent at the home office means checking emails, doing paperwork, making calls as Slinky the Cat warms my lap. He contentedly purrs as I massage his thick, silky fur, scratching behind the ears and top of the head. He reaches out a paw when he wants more.
 
In return, he lets me know that he truly appreciates the attention in the form of kneading, using his front paws to squeeze and massage into the soft blanket. For cat's, kneading is a sign of affection, comfort and contentment. Slinky the Cat kneads me, er, … (22 comments)
