Frigid temperatures up north swooped in, creating an arctic storm atop Pine Mountain Range in southern Utah. The awe-preciation of such a sight can be felt that far away as rain showers pelted every available surface here.

As late spring / early summer temperatures climb, be sure to hydrate and have plenty of water available as you travel on foot into the great outdoors. Be prepared to avoid heat stroke with a ride to the hospital or worse.

With all this talk about re-use and recycling existing materials, an avid cyclist got creative with nature while taking a break on one of many mountain biking trails in St. George, Utah. Though, quite honestly, it is no longer ride worthy.
The Washington County, Utah area offers hiking, biking and many parks that aim to please all. Here is a copy of the St. George Urban Trail Guide for more information that includes trail-heads, parks, bike paths, trails and recreational facilities.

Homes priced well will sell quick, especially in the St. George, Utah area. Optimum spring weather has continued to be a big draw for buyers in the market. With a declining inventory, new construction is on the rise! Single Family Home Permits increased from 200 in March to 206 in April.
