Before joining efforts with another person or several people to form a team in a business setting, there are many aspects to review. It is pertinent to share the same vision and business strategy plus be good decision makers - together.
 
Some things to also consider before making the commitment:
Trust: This is most important has to be established before making any decision to go forward in a  partnership. You must trust! 
Passion: Look for the same inner driving power and positivity plus ensure business goals are closely matched. Otherwise the partnership will be unbalanced.
