There are many factors that go into successfully purchasing a home. Getting pre-qualified with a lender is first on the list when applying for a mortgage. Writing down wants and needs follows. Third, choosing homes online that fit the search criteria before setting out.
 
A few signs that a potential buyer is nonviable:
Reluctance to gather all necessary paperwork  Indecision after viewing homes on the market  Submitting low-ball offers despite any advice

Three-day weekend or Work-a-Day weekend? It is up to you how you run the business as you see fit and whether you mix a little business with pleasure.
Taking much needed time away from work to spend with family and friends while opting to answer the phone when it rings with a potential buyer on the other end is very individual.
So when the phone rang and she asked, "Can you show me...? I said "YES, I CAN!"
Off we went to find her southern Utah dream home.
And we DID.

What makes a great neighborhood?
 
Everyone's answer differs and rightfully so. A potential home buyer's wants and needs are self-specific and depend on individual lifestyle. While location may be a must for many, amazing views are a requirement for others. Love horses? A rural setting works best! It is very satisfying to match a home buyer with a home that will serve them well for many years to come. It takes time but the rewards are priceless!

Close to schools Grocery shopping Community pool  Avid golfers...

"Give me a call if anyone makes an offer on that home, I may still be interested." This is what a potential buyer tells the listing agent regarding a property that recently came on the market. This does not sound like a serious buyer but perhaps one who likes to play games.
 
Have you ever heard of such a thing?! 
 
My advice is...If you wish to purchase a particular property, do it without being pre-empted by someone else's actions. Someone may aggressively beat you to the closing table while you are sitting around, playing the waiting game, … (35 comments)
