respect for others: There's no satisfying a Greedy Gus! - 11/08/16 09:25 AM
There's no satisfying a Greedy Gus!

A family looking to purchase here in the southern Utah area was referred to me. I happily accepted and signed the paperwork, eager to get started. I was reminded by the referring agent that potentially might be multiple purchases. I agreed to the terms and conditions set forth.

My client purchased a home. #1 Referral check was sent out.
My client built a new home. #2 Referral check was sent out.
My client purchased another home. #3 Referral check was sent out.
I honor all of my commitments in business and at that point, the obligation was fulfilled to the referring agent. Or … (18 comments)

respect for others: Hate baiting. - 09/12/16 11:10 PM
Hate baiting.

After a recent volley of comments on the subject of athletes taking a knee or sitting during the National Anthem on Facebook, I discovered a lot of people are unable to maintain a civil on-line conversation.

They have plenty to say though while rejecting adverse opinions.

Some prefer to lead with hate, taunting others to take their stance no matter the direction it takes. Hate-baiters often demean and attack the other person's character in order to satisfy their desired intentions.

respect for others: Lifting yourself up by stepping over someone else? - 02/22/11 12:35 AM
Lifting yourself up by stepping over someone else?

Excited and passionate about your career? Let the world know! They, in turn, may lend support, spread the word, and helping to push your business to new heights.

Putting others in the industry down that you are able to lift yourself to a higher level, speaks volumes of the lack of respect held for another's profession. No friends or allies will be made here.

I love climbing the stairs of success but would never consider stepping over someone to get there. I'd help them up!

Why wouldn't I?

I have everything to gain by doing so.
