Agent calls on behalf of client to ask several questions about a listing. I gladly answer, then inquired if an offer was in the works. She said, "He's fishing." "I said, "When he returns, please ask your client."
 
She then said, "No, no, he's just fishing!" 
 
Ohhhhh!...HE'S JUST FISHING!
 
She went on to tell me this was not his first 'testing of the waters', that he has been 'just fishing'  for more than 2+ years.
 
Purchasing a home two years ago would have bought a home that fit the search criteria, including price point. Now that prices have gone up, nothing comes close to … (10 comments)
