A fellow real estate agent and I scheduled an open house event on a busy weekend, taking advantage of some the Annual St. George Area Parade of Homes traffic already in the area.
In order to measure the effectiveness of all advertising efforts, we asked everyone who walked through the door how they found us. The following are some of the results:
A family of five from California said they got lost and saw the open house directional signs. They happen to be seriously looking for a home plus the mother will be buying once they do.
