Most of the time, once a transaction records, that’s pretty much the end of the business-client relationship for many real estate professionals and their buyers or sellers. For me, it is just the beginning!
 
The 'Clients for Life' business plan has been a successful for this 'Agent for Life'. It still works because clients were very happy with my services. They truly matter, are more than just a past sales record.

This year seems to be one of the best in the history of our back yard garden. Processes and reliable systems are in place that ensure success. Fall is approaching and with it, the end for many fruits and vegetables in this growing season.
 
 
Some plants go dormant until spring arrives next year, while some need to be re-planted along the tilled rows in raised beds. All material will be removed, along with detritus and the dirt covered to prevent weeds from overtaking.

Some business relationships are meant to last the test of time and as we head into the holiday season, a soft touch ensures Top of Mind for past and present clients. An October mailing will be ready to send out soon, offering each one something of value.
 
In approximately a month, a family will move into their newly constructed, forever home. Another client will close and record on a commercial lot. A buyer couple has submitted an offer on a property to realize their dream of becoming southern Utahan's.

Past clients have been calling with new business. I refuse to wait for something to happen and prepare for it by meeting the challenge head on. Getting a jump-start on the process beforehand helps to be more efficient while remaining on target.
 
Factors that need to be considered prior to getting the listing(s):
Information taken directly from reliable sources such as the County web site and the Property Profile provided by a title company. Several hours are required to fill out all forms on the MLS for the multiple properties that will soon be up for sale.
