Tell me it isn't so! It looks as if AR will be a bye-product of Zillow and Trulia...bye-bye ActiveRain, oh how I will miss thee.
Change is difficult, especially when a blogging platform called ActiveRain has been an almost daily business regimen for this real estate agent. ActiveRain was recently purchased by Trulia and may now become part of the Zillow portfilio as well.

Would you drive around with a potential buyer who is not pre-approved?
That is a question that begs an answer!
Some agents say they have done this quite often and have beat out other agents who requested the information up front and center.
Not this real estate agent.
Accurate home price range information is pertinent before wasting time and resources looking aimlessly with a potential buyer who has no idea of their purchase power. Nerdin Gardens July 2014 ~ Let the harvest begin!
Getting a late start on planting due to my husband's health problems, we are beginning to see the results of all the cultivating, tilling and careful planting that went into it at the start of the grow season. So far we have picked zucchini, crook neck squash and tomatoes from the garden.
The giant sunflowers once again stand taller than anything else but also add a bit of sunshine to the garden, especially on overcast days. They are also used as natural trellis's for the green beans and snow peas.

By chance to come upon a bloomer in the garden that moves one to smile for awhile, bringing about a happy moment. Not just once but several times during the stay. That happened to me and I'm sure it will again, it's just happistance!

When challenges present themselves, using the word can't is very limiting in so many ways. We've all heard the saying...“Whether you think you can, or you think you can't--you're right.” ― Henry Ford
If someone says..."Can't get there in time"...or "Can't do anything right"...or Can't get motivated"...they're exactly right!
By using I CAN as part of an everyday vocabulary, fantastic opportunities are afforded because it begins a repetitive, positive cycle that encourages growth. It's amazing the power that one word yields!
An ICANfirmation...
...maintains positivity
...wakes up, dresses up and shows up
...makes plans while meeting deadlines
...markets and advertises consistently
...learns from setbacks and moves forward

Deadlines are straight ahead, the Buyers get cold feet and want to cancel the contract. Discussing all options including consequences and asking them how they wish to proceed is pertinent at this point. Remember to refer them back to the Real Estate Purchase Contract, a legal and binding document that can be pursued in a court of law.
Questions on due diligence?
Discuss the Real Estate Purchase Contract thoroughly when writing an offer. Refer clients to local resources, such as web sites, county or city offices, refrain from being the source.

It's not the real thing. It's just a fantasy.
On the way to and from our favorite fishing spot, I noticed a massive castle set way back from the road. The stark white tourets were just visible above the tree line. My mind travelled back to times as a young girl, dreaming about magical castles, gallant princes riding white stallions, beautiful princesses in sequined gowns and tiara's.
I often wondered who lived there and why would someone build a castle in such grand style at this location? So, needless to say, my curiosity got the best of me!

Descendin' sun glowing starkest red, golden rimmed vapor beams shimmerin', reflectin', meltin', cominglin'...
Surrounding fires, ash and smoke tend to create amazingly beautiful sunsets. It is interesting that something so destructive can offer a tantalizing sight. I took this photo going 65 miles per hour in the back seat of a car while travelling down the highway.

A quick visit to the hospital gift shop to purchase the perfect bouquet yielded yellow and burgundy lilies along with bright red Gerbera daisies for a much loved person in our lives. It isn't the gift that makes the impact, it's the beaming face of the receiver!
