Prices in Seminole Isle The Seminole Isle Sales Prices for the last 8 month are interesting to say the least. Let me start by giving you a overview of the Pinellas county real estate market in general. Till mid 2012 the market was flooded with regular listings, Short Sales and Foreclosures. We had what we call a "buyer's market" People made low ball offers left and right and negotiated sales prices down down down and each buyer found a great deal. The Seminole Isle condo and town home community was built in 2005 and has 90 townhomes with roughly 2000 square feet each and 3 different floor plans too chose from and 180 condos split in 6 different building with 5 of them facing west and one building facing east.
Like the townhomes, there are 3 different floor plans for the Seminole Isle condos, 1500, 1700 and 2100 square feet.
