Love to be a Realtor here in Treasure Island Fl. and got reminded of that yesterday. Usually our days are pretty hectic and long. Tons of e mails to answer, phone calls to make solving problems with home inspection, surreys, termite inspections, lenders, mortgage brokers, negotiating deals and renegotiating deals, hunting down condo docs and sending out applications etc. I would say in average 90% of a Realtor"s job ( and not just in Treasure Island) is solving problems and making sure things go ok so our buyers and sellers are happy and can go to closing. So we stopped at Beverley's in St Pete Beach, corner of Gulf Blvd and Corey Ave. The place was packed (on a Monday morning) we had to wait 10 minutes but it was worth it. The service was friendly and fast, the food was really good and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.

Going out in St. Petersburg, dinner at LaFogata, drinks at Bellini's Last night we went to Bellini's for drinks and to La Fogata for dinner and back to Bellini's for more drinks. We had a great time. I just love Bellini's, this place has it all. To start with it is absolute beautiful, the music is great, the service is friendly, drinks are very affordable and it has that welcoming cozy feeling to it. Fish restaurants in Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, Madeira beach and St. Pete. Well, where do I go for dinner tonight? Our little beach towns have lot of places, something for every taste and every mood. Let' start with fish since we are surround by water. A really nice upscale fish restaurant is the "Mad Fish" on St. Pete Beach. Service and food are very good, perfect place for a nice date. What a great place. Fine southern cuisine and that is so true. I really like this restaurant. It has a great atmosphere and great food. The staff is very friendly and the place is beautiful. High ceilings (and I mean 20 something feet) nice little bar area, outside seating etc. The colors are very warm and they used a lot of wood. They have a Julep iced tea for $3 or an original Julep with Kentucky bourbon for $7. Their appetizers start at $7 up to $9 and entrees are somewhere around $19. I really like this place. It is on the east side of Gulf Blvd in Redington beach. open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, not sure if they also serve breakfast. My office is just a few minutes south in Madeira beach and I go to Redington often to havelunch. The menu has a little bit of everything, the food is good, the service is fast, you can sit inside or outside, enough parking - what else you can possibly ask for? If not, you have to come and taste their smoked fish and fish spread. It is one of a kind place with awesome food. Make sure you get here early, they are not open late. It is right on Pasadena Ave, just north of the Corey Ave bridge.
