Who says investments are boring business? Timberland investment offers vast opprotunity for R.O.I., return on investment, as timber is the number one industry in the state of Alabama. This property is an excellent timber tract with a well-established stand of 8-9 year old Pine Plantations located in western Pike County on a low traffic county road just off state Highway 10 in the Wingard area.
A good interior road system runs throughout the property creating good access to all wildlife food plots and hunting areas.
This is a good hunting area with many signs of wildlife on the property. (0 comments)
