Southern Oregon is a beautiful place to relocate to with the mountains, pastoral views, friendly folks and close proximity to the ocean. Many that relocate here are stunned by the many walking and hiking trails throughout our region and the tranquil setting of the many parks, lakes and rivers. The weather is the best with mild temperatures, and four seasons! We too have had our share of short sales and foreclosures. Our median price has dropped from $365,000 to $224,000 making homes affordable once again in this area. Many people come here and purchase second homes until they can retire here.
